My thoughts on STARBUCKS
So yeah. Love/hate #STARBUCKS .
I honestly would work there again. I loved my coworkers and regulars, and would’ve stayed there for them.
but personally, I don’t regularly buy from Starbucks anymore.
Starbucks turned into fast coffee, and management expected us to have genuine real conversations with customers. Doesn’t make sense if we’re trying to put out a drink in 20 seconds, does it?

no i hated working at starbucks so bad, it was low key torture. and it’s not even that i don’t enjoy working with coffee as i’ve worked with dunkin’, but the routines and stuff while helpful sometimes to keep up with drinks sometimes it was a bit much especially when you’re getting coached on not following routines even when working out routine works for you. i liked most of my coworkers but one of them i had drama with for lil while ( was very very childish) and they got me written up( i was able to appeal it but still shouldn’t have had to deal with it in the first place). the rules with being late, no grace period at all and you could literally get written up for being a minute late once or twice. i literally got written up for being late like three times in five months and one of those times it was because i had a psychiatrist appointment that went over a little. like how am i supposed to control that? i could go on and on but yeah, frick starbucks fr
