Hey everyone! I just had the most amazing nail appointment, and I'm so excited to share what I've been seeing for Spring 2026 nail trends. It's never too early to start planning your next gorgeous manicure, right? Especially when we're talking about fresh, new looks that really make you feel *BONITA*! I’ve been diving deep into what’s predicted to be big for spring nails in 2026, and let me tell you, it's all about a blend of classic elegance and whimsical charm. We're moving beyond just vibrant colors to embrace interesting textures, minimalist details, and innovative twists on timeless styles. Think soft, ethereal pastels like lavender, mint green, and baby blue, but also unexpected pops of sunny yellow or coral. Sheer, milky finishes are going to be huge, giving that 'clean girl' aesthetic, while subtle chrome dust can add a touch of modern glam. One of the biggest comebacks, or rather, evolutions, I've noticed is with French tip nails. Forget the stark white tips of the past! For Spring 2026, the French tip is getting a fresh, spring-inspired makeover. I'm talking about micro French tips, where the line is ultra-thin and delicate, or colored French tips using those beautiful pastel shades. Imagine a pale blue tip, or even an ombré French where the color softly fades into the natural nail bed. Some of my favorite nail artists are even incorporating tiny floral accents or a hint of glitter on the tip – it’s a sophisticated way to keep it fresh and fun, perfect for celebrating new beginnings. And then there are moon nails – such an enchanting trend that's perfect for adding a touch of magic to your manicure! Moon nails typically refer to a crescent shape at the base of your nail, near the cuticle, often left as negative space or filled with a contrasting color or glitter. It's like a reverse French tip, but at the base. For a spring look, I’m loving the idea of leaving the crescent clear for a minimalist vibe, or filling it with a subtle shimmer that catches the light. You can also interpret 'moon nails' as celestial-inspired designs, with tiny stars or actual moon phases painted delicately on a soft, pastel base. For my last set, I decided to try a sheer nude base with a tiny silver glitter crescent at the base of my ring finger, and it truly enhances my BEAUTY routine. The way it subtly sparkles is just stunning! What I love about these trends is how versatile they are. You can truly make them your own, whether you prefer something subtle and elegant or a bit more playful. For instance, you could combine a pastel pink French tip with a tiny moon accent on just one nail, or go all out with celestial designs on every finger. Don't be afraid to experiment with different textures too, like a matte finish on your moon design against a glossy base. These styles are fantastic for anyone looking to update their look and express their personality. So, go ahead and get inspired for your next nail appointment – you deserve to feel pampered and beautiful!
