Self-Care Isn’t Selfish, Mama!

For the longest time, I felt guilty taking time for myself. Between diaper changes, school drop-offs, therapy sessions, and just life, I used to think that working out was a luxury I couldn’t afford. But I’ve learned that it’s actually essential.

Movement is my therapy. My time to reset. My way to feel strong—not just physically, but mentally too. It doesn’t have to be fancy or perfect (trust me, half the time I’m squeezing in workouts between naps and feedings), but showing up for myself makes me a better mom, wife, and me.

So whether it’s a quick workout, a walk outside, or just 10 minutes doing something that makes you feel GOOD—take that time, mama. You deserve it.
