Simple gestures like reaching out to ask "How are you doing this holiday season?" or sharing your own feelings can help break stigma and remind others they are not alone. Mental health awareness tags such as #mentalhealthawareness and #checkin serve as important reminders of this collective responsibility. It is also helpful to recognize common triggers that cause heightened stress or anxiety during December, including financial pressures, social obligations, or revisiting painful memories.
