In Houston, fluctuations in temperature and humidity can impact how your skin behaves. During cold months, hydrating products are essential. In winter, using a gentle cleanser, like Shea Moisture's Coconut Oil and Shea Butter Soap, helps cleanse without stripping moisture. Following up with CeraVe's Hydrating Toner can restore the skin's barrier, while a rich hyaluronic acid serum can provide deep hydration. For daytime protection, Black Girl's Moisturizing Sunscreen offers SPF 30 without greasy residue, safeguarding the skin from sun damage, even in cooler months. As the humidity rises in summer, you'll want lightweight products. Switch to a toner like Dickinson's Original Witch Hazel that minimizes pores without over-drying. A Vitamin C serum can brighten the skin and enhance hydration, making it ideal for sunny days. Finally, maintaining a good moisturizer like CeraVe's Daily Lotion ensures your skin remains balanced and radiant. Adopting this adaptable skincare routine can help you achieve healthier skin while keeping your budget intact. Explore both effective and affordable skincare options that truly make a difference!
