The email I received confirmed my first day was right around the corner, marking a significant milestone in my career journey. Choosing to embrace this new challenge at a reputable company like VF, which owns brands like Timberland and Vans, offers great opportunities for growth and development. The sense of community among co-workers has been incredibly positive, with many sharing their own experiences and offering support. It's important to embrace the onboarding process, as it sets the tone for how we adapt to our roles.
