Grow your hair w me

So, we all wanna grow our hair.

I’m gonna tell 🗣️ you something you might not wanna hear 🙅🏼‍♀️

TRIM ✂️ YOUR HAIR!

Hair splits, so if you aren’t getting atleast 1-2 inches every, ATLEAST, 5-6 months, you won’t see growth.

I was so bad about neglecting and avoiding my trims.. but babaayyyy I’ve been ON IT and I’m finally seeing growth especially with a good haircare routine!

(I oil 1-2x a week and do masks 2-3x a month..I don’t use lots of heat on a day to day basis is why)

I used to scour the internet for 'how to grow hair faster at home in 1 day' too, hoping for some miraculous instant fix. But after years of trial and error, I've learned the real secret isn't a quick trick, but a consistent, loving 'hair growth regimen' that truly works for sustainable, healthy length. First things first, let's tackle the biggest game-changer for me: regular trims. I know, I know, it sounds counterintuitive when you're trying to grow your hair, but hear me out! Every time I neglected trims, my ends would split and break off, essentially cancelling out any new growth. Now, I make sure to get a tiny trim every 3-4 months, just enough to snip those pesky split ends. This keeps my hair strong from root to tip, preventing breakage and allowing it to truly flourish. It's not about cutting off length, it's about preserving it! Beyond trimming, a solid routine makes all the difference. My personal regimen focuses on nourishment and protection. I've found that incorporating weekly oil treatments has been a game-changer for strength and shine. While I don't specifically track 'castor oil price 1 litre' for my everyday blend, I love experimenting with different oils. Castor oil is fantastic for stimulating the scalp, while argan and coconut oil are amazing for overall strand health. I usually warm up a small amount, massage it into my scalp and run it through the lengths, leaving it on for a few hours or even overnight before washing. Speaking of washing, a 'double shampoo' method has become non-negotiable for me, especially since I use oils. The first wash helps to break down product buildup and dirt, while the second truly cleanses the scalp, creating a healthier environment for growth. After shampooing, I always follow with a hydrating conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Deep conditioning masks are another must-have. I aim for 2-3 times a month. These treatments infuse my hair with intense moisture and repair, making it feel incredibly soft and resilient. Post-wash, I often apply a leave-in conditioner and a touch of a 'shine crème' to lock in moisture and give my hair that enviable 'shiny and smooth' finish I'm always striving for. Lastly, minimizing heat damage is crucial. I try to air-dry whenever possible, and if I do use heat tools, I always, always use a heat protectant. Healthy hair grows better, and that means protecting it from external aggressors. Remember, growing your hair is a journey, not a race. Be patient, be consistent, and most importantly, be kind to your hair!
