New gym essentials
Part of my self love journey has included focusing on my health. I recently started getting back into fitness. I am making to a point prioritize my health and I’m trying to build better habits which include hitting the gym consistently. It hasn’t been easy, but I know it will be worth it in the end.
I picked up a few things to help with my fitness journey can you guess what my 2 favorite colors are? 😜💖💜
✨✨Stanley Cups: I heard so many positive reviews about Stanley cups, and decided to try them out for myself and I’m obsessed, I like using these in the gym as opposed to regular water bottle because it keeps my water nice and cold. (My mom stole Purple Stanley so I had to order new one she’s also obsessed 😂😂)
✨✨Alani Pre workout: I use pre-workout for the first time today in order to give myself a little boost to get over my slump I’ve been feeling
✨✨Blender bottle: I use my blender bottle for my pre-workout. It helps the pre-workout powder dissolve seamlessly.
When embarking on your fitness journey, having the right equipment can make all the difference. Among the essentials, a high-quality water bottle, like the Stanley Cup, not only keeps your drinks cold but is also durable enough for repeated use. Staying hydrated is key during workouts, and having an accessible water source encourages you to drink more. Add a blender bottle to your gym essentials; it's perfect for mixing pre-workout supplements or protein shakes, ensuring that your drinks are smooth and ready to fuel your sessions. Speaking of energy, many fitness enthusiasts swear by pre-workout supplements to help push through tough workouts. Alani Pre workout is a popular choice, known for providing that needed boost without overwhelming side effects. Moreover, as part of building a sustainable fitness routine, consider setting up a schedule that prioritizes your workouts.
