“I’m not where I want to be, but I thank God I’m not where I used to be.” -unknown
The past year has been a roller coaster and I failed more times than I want to admit. I struggled in the beginning to stay consistent, but the more inconsistent I was the more I craved consistency. In that I finally put my foot down and 8 months later here I am. 190-160, size 13 to a size 6/7 and can I just say I wouldn’t have came this far if the Lord wasn’t with me every step encouraging me, reminding me and showing me who I can become if I want it bad enough. It didn’t take extreme diets, long workouts, or even supplements to help. Just faith and consistency!
If you’re stuck wanting more for yourself rather it’s spiritually, mentally or physically. Fight for it, fight for yourself, as long as you have God as your foundation anything that comes your way won’t stand a chance.
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be open to you” Matt 7:7 (NIV) Pray about it, ask for it, and recieve it.
You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you!!
You’re beautiful and the sooner you realize that the better! Love yourself, while Christ loves you!!
