Healthy recipes✨

This is one of my to go recipes, is super easy to make and is so delicious.

- Ingredients:

• 4 potatoes 🥔 ( or more depending for how many people are you cooking for)

• 1 egg 🥚

• 3 table spoon 🥄 of flour.

• Any seasoning of your choice.

• for my protein I used steak 🥩 but you can do it with chicken too.

• Lettuce 🥬

• cucumber 🥒

• tomato 🍅

• Avocado 🥑

• Mozzarella Cheese 🧀

• Ham

first peel the potatoes and put them to boil until they are soft, then when they are ready drain the water and wait a couple of minutes for them to cool down.

Smashed potatoes and add any seasoning I like to add add, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, then mix everything together, after that you are going to add the egg and mixed everything together again, then add the 3 tablespoos of flour mix everything again, add the cheese and ham and add some oil in your hands so you can start making the potatoes tortillas.#healthyfoodideas #healthyrecipeideas #healthyideas #easyrecipeideas
