At first I was skeptical about watching this kdrama bc Its about mental health and I felt like I wasnt ready to watch
👍Pros: relatable for people who struggle with mental health and also relatable for those who work in healthcare
🤔Cons: It can be triggering and it was for me
But it helped analyze my emotions
Its ok not to be ok 🤍
