Korean Bbq Short Ribs (Galbi) Recipe:

I honestly forgot I had short ribs in my freezer, but when I found them I knew exactiy what to do with them.

I made KBBQ Marinated Short Ribs and paired it with some white rice and lettuce. It was super simple and delicious.

Korean Bbq Short Ribs (Galbi) Recipe:

- Beef Short Ribs

- Soy Sauce

- Rice Vinegar or Mirin

- Sesame Oil

- Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic

- Onion Powder or Small Onion

- White or Black Pepper

- Gochujang (optional)

- Dark Brown Sugar

Marinate the meat in the sauce for a least an hour or overnight to get the most flavor out of your short ribs.
