How I got a flat tummy
So I will start with it’s not easy to get a flat stomach. I struggled for years trying to make my stomach flat but after kids let’s face it it’s tough. Here are the steps I did to get where I am today
- body contouring. I did six sessions of body contouring which is a small part. Body contouring helps shape your sides and waist
_ waist trainer. I wear it every night before I go to bed they are cheap and easy to find on Amazon
- drinking water only. I found that once I stopped drinking soda keeping my figure is a lot easier.
- eating healthy. I have opted for salads and chicken vs burgers and fries
- working out. I do 30 mins on the treadmill 15 on the stair master and 100 sit ups.
If you do all the above I promise you you will have a flat stomach in a matter of weeks ! !!
