Air fried chicken wings

I needed something quick but still a full dinner, so I made these air fryer chicken wings with baked mac & cheese and green beans… and they came out crispy and so flavorful.

The wings are lightly coated in cornstarch, then sprayed with avocado oil and air fried until golden and crispy on the outside while staying juicy inside. Paired with creamy baked mac and seasoned green beans, it’s an easy meal that still feels like a full comfort plate.

Ingredients:

• Chicken wings

• Oil + avocado oil spray

• Cornstarch (for crispiness)

• Seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper)

• Macaroni noodles

• Cheese (cheddar + blend)

• Milk + butter

• Green beans

• Garlic + seasoning

Steps:

1. Pat wings dry, then coat with seasoning and a light layer of cornstarch

2. Spray with avocado oil for extra crispiness

3. Air fry at 400° for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy

4. Cook macaroni, mix with cheese, milk, and butter, then bake until bubbly

5. Sauté green beans with garlic and seasoning

6. Plate everything together and serve hot
