Stuffed S’mores Cookies with Graham Cracker Base 🔥
I tried making stuffed s’mores cookies and yeah… these came out crazy 😭
There’s a graham cracker on the bottom, marshmallow in the middle, then chocolate chip cookie dough baked over top so everything melts together. It’s soft, gooey, and honestly tastes like a full s’more but better.
The marshmallow melts into the cookie and the graham cracker gives it that little crunch at the bottom… I didn’t even expect them to turn out like this 😩

🧾 INGREDIENTS
• Chocolate chip cookie dough (homemade or store-bought)
• Graham crackers (whole or halves)
• Marshmallows (regular size works best)
• Chocolate chips (optional extra on top)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Place graham crackers on a baking sheet
3. Add a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker
4. Scoop cookie dough and place it over the marshmallow
5. Gently press dough down to cover most of it (doesn’t have to be perfect)
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown
7. Let cool slightly so the marshmallow sets (or eat it gooey if you like it messy 😭)
