Day 6 — My last day in Virginia 💛
I wanted to end the trip at the Ginkgo Grove at the State Arboretum of Virginia, hoping to see the golden leaves still on the trees. I was one day too late — it rained the night before, and most of the leaves had fallen. But honestly? The ground was covered in a breathtaking yellow carpet, and walking through it was still so beautiful and peaceful 🍂✨
After soaking in the last bit of fall magic, I made one final stop at Buc-ee’s before heading home to pack for my flight back to California. Bittersweet, but grateful for every moment 💛
