You...Who would believe that there is a chocolate shop in Nonthaburi?! Today, let's share the coordinates of the secret shop. "Kokolatier" is that it is a secret shop. The kind that if not intended to be driven through, of course. As for us, we accidentally met when coming to pay respect to the monk. 🤣

The first feeling to walk in is that the shop is so cute! There's chocolate in the eye 🍫☕️. There's Bon Bon / Nuggets / Cookie / Chocolate Slab and drinks.

✨ something you can't miss is Chocolate Slab because it's available in a variety of flavors, from white choc to 70% dark, and Mint & Mash flavors for mint shock followers. 🥹🥹

Our drink menu of choice is

🍵 Matcha Coconut (170.-) Matcha with Coconut Inflorescence Soft Scented Matcha is fine, but I prefer regular coconut water to 6 / 10.

☕️ Koko Cheese (170.-) 70% chocolate drink with a very rich cream cheese. I like cheese very much. But this menu can't choose the sweetness level. We who don't eat it are very sweet. Please allow 5 / 10 (usually dark 85%). If anyone likes it, this glass should be my favorite.

Travel: Introducing a private car, a real secret shop. The entrance may be a little confusing, but it definitely follows the map to the store.

Parking: 3-4 cars

Price: Maybe a little higher than a regular cafe, but it's Craft Chocolate quality, a different grade of raw material. Pay it. Worth it!

ถ้ากำลังจะตามรอยไป Kokolatier (นนทบุรี) เราว่ามีทริกเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยให้ทริป “ร้านลับ” นี้ลื่นขึ้น และได้ของที่ถูกใจมากกว่าเดิมค่ะ เพราะร้านนี้ไม่ได้เป็นคาเฟ่ทั่วไป แต่ฟีลเป็นร้านช็อกโกแลตคราฟต์จริงจัง มีให้เลือกหลายแบบ และบางอย่างซื้อกลับบ้านแล้วค่อยๆ กินคือฟินมาก 1) ไปช่วงไหนถึงจะไม่พลาดของฮิต จากที่เราไปมา ของในตู้โชว์มีสิทธิ์หมด/เหลือน้อยได้ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม Chocolate Slab กับช็อกโกแลตชิ้นๆ (แนว Bon Bon/Nuggets) ถ้าอยากเลือกได้หลายรส แนะนำไปช่วงต้นๆ วันหรือช่วงที่คนยังไม่แน่น จะได้มีเวลายืนเลือก อ่านรสชาติ และถามพนักงานแบบไม่รีบค่ะ แถมในร้านมีโต๊ะไม่เยอะ (ประมาณ 3 โต๊ะ) ถ้าอยากนั่งชิลๆ อาจเลี่ยงช่วงพีกหน่อย 2) เลือก Chocolate Slab ให้ตรงสไตล์ตัวเอง Chocolate Slab เป็นตัวที่เราเชียร์สุด เพราะมีหลายรสมาก ตั้งแต่ไวท์ช็อกไปจนดาร์ก 70% และมีรส Mint & Mash สำหรับสายมินต์ช็อกด้วย เวลาจะเลือก เราใช้หลักง่ายๆ คือ - ถ้าชอบหวานหอม กินเพลิน: ไปทางไวท์/บลอนด์ และรสที่มีผลไม้หรือธัญพืช (แนว Very Berry, Blonde Berries) - ถ้าชอบเข้มขึ้นแต่ยังบาลานซ์: ดาร์ก 70% คือกำลังดี หอมโกโก้ชัด - ถ้าชอบความสดชื่นแปลกใหม่: Mint & Mash เหมาะมาก กินแล้วตัดเลี่ยนดี อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือบางแบบซื้อตามน้ำหนัก/เป็นชิ้น ทำให้ลองหลายรสได้ในงบที่คุมง่ายขึ้น 3) ซื้ออะไรเป็นของฝากดี (กันละลายด้วย) ถ้าจะซื้อกลับไปฝาก เราว่ากลุ่ม Nuggets/ช็อกโกแลตแบบกล่องเหมาะ เพราะพกง่าย ดูเป็นของขวัญ และแบ่งกินได้หลายครั้ง (ในรูปมีราคาหลายช่วง เช่น 280, 540, 620 บาท แล้วแต่ไซส์/แบบ) แต่ถ้าอากาศร้อนมาก แนะนำพกถุงเก็บความเย็นเล็กๆ หรือรีบกลับ/หลีกเลี่ยงวางไว้ในรถนานๆ เพื่อไม่ให้ผิวช็อกโกแลตละลายค่ะ 4) เมนูเครื่องดื่มที่ควรรู้ก่อนสั่ง - Koko Cheese: เป็นดาร์กช็อกโกแลต 70% ท็อปครีมชีสเข้มข้นมาก ฟีลนัวๆ หอมมัน แต่ส่วนตัวเรารู้สึกหวานสำหรับคนไม่ทานหวาน (และเมนูนี้เลือกความหวานไม่ได้) ใครสายหวานนิดๆ หรือชอบชีส น่าจะถูกใจ - Matcha Coconut: มัทฉะกับน้ำช่อดอกมะพร้าว หอมละมุน ดื่มง่าย เหมาะเวลาต้องการอะไรเบาๆ สลับจากช็อกโกแลต 5) การเดินทางและที่จอดรถ ร้านค่อนข้าง “พิกัดลับ” จริง แนะนำรถส่วนตัวตามแผนที่ไปจะชัวร์สุด และที่จอดมีประมาณ 3–4 คัน ถ้าไปพร้อมเพื่อนหลายคนอาจนัดกันคันเดียวจะสะดวกกว่า สรุปคือถ้าเสิร์ชคำว่า Kokolatier แล้วลังเล เราว่าคุ้มที่จะไปลองสักครั้ง โดยเฉพาะคนที่อยากรู้ว่าช็อกโกแลตคราฟต์รสชาติต่างจากแบบทั่วไปยังไง ลองเริ่มจาก Chocolate Slab สัก 2–3 รส + เครื่องดื่ม 1 แก้ว รับรองได้ประสบการณ์เต็มๆ ค่ะ
