I love this! Mine are a mix of personal and content. Personal is 30 min of movement, create a morning and night routine, and try 2 new recipes. Content is post 2 TikTok’s (one niche one not), post at least 1-2 posts on here, try a new format of posting (like GRWM or voiceover) and stay consistent without burning out. 😊
