Self Affirmation 🍋
I use to struggle with this a lot when I was younger. I’ve always been a very compassionate person. However, I struggled with finding healthy boundaries when it came to my self healing and who I chose to be in my inner circle or deter from places and situations that make me uncomfortable to keep my peace. It’s always important to keep positive energy around you. Your body is sacred and your mind should be a safe space for you to breathe. It’s ok to tell people no. It’s ok to avoid or even cut off whatever brings negativity to your life in order to have self healing 💕
