I spent an afternoon wandering through the central market, which is a kaleidoscope of colors, sounds, and smells. You can find everything from fresh produce and spices to handmade crafts. This is where I found some of the most delicious pupusas of my entire trip – hot off the comal, with all the traditional fixings like curtido and salsa. Eating street food here is an absolute must!
