Change for change sakeā¦
So riddle me this readersā¦
Why do people do the same things, live the same ways, speak to the same people and expect something in their lives to change?
Heelllllooooooooo???? Itās not going to change and you my friend may in fact be the issue š¬
Itās sad really. Because (and this I am sure) you have people that love you and WANT to guide you and give you sound advice but you will not take it.
So that can only mean one thing⦠you like the way it is no matter how much you complain or request change.
A long time ago, a kind of wise guy š said āchange for change sake is no change at allā - he wasnāt wrong. Because when you are changing for the sake of sake of changing nothing ever changes because your reason behind the change has absolutely no depth to it. Itād be better for you to stop trying, then maybe change will actually come.
Sorry for the rough talkā¦waitā¦no, no Iām not! Because someone needed to hear just this today. Was it you?
Hoping this seeps into the right places. Truly.

Change can often be a daunting concept, but understanding why we resist it can help initiate real transformations in our lives. Many individuals feel stuck in routines, unwilling to step out of their comfort zones. This resistance can stem from fears of the unknown or a lack of confidence in one's ability to change. When we change merely for the sake of change, it usually results in superficial shifts that donāt address the root causes of our dissatisfaction. Instead, itās essential to identify the triggers for our habits and the motivations behind our desires for change. Setting clear intentions and defining what meaningful change looks like to us can make a significant difference. Seeking guidance from loved ones who wish to support us in this journey can also provide invaluable insights. Remember, the aim isn't just to change but to thrive and grow in ways that enhance our lives. Sustainable change often involves self-reflection and a willingness to learn ā aspects that can lead to profound personal development. It's about digging deep and aligning our actions with our true values, leading to a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. By embracing this deeper approach to change, you can ignite motivation and transform your life substantially.
