Where are my Pumpkin Spice Lovers? 🤎☕️

I always get so excited once Starbucks brings out their pumpkin spice lattes & so sad once the season ends. They are so delicious and a mood for these cold days and nights.

Funny story before I ever tried a pumpkin spice latte I would make a face 🥴 just reading their pumpkin flavor menu, until one cold & foggy day me and hubby were going up up to the mountains 🏔️ to take our pumpkin head photo shoot 🎃 but before finding the right spot we decided to try something new from Starbucks to set the mood & we got our first Pumpkin spice lattes. I am not lying when I say it was at that very first sip that I fell in love with my latte🤎☕️

Every sip & even the smell of it reminds me of that foggy cold day🌫️🏔️🍂🍁

... Read moreIt's so true, isn't it? There's just something magical about that first sip of a Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte when fall rolls around. Like you, I remember my first time vividly, and now it's become this comforting ritual. It’s not just a drink; it’s a whole mood, signaling that 'It's that Season' for cozy sweaters, crunchy fall leaves, and all things pumpkin! For those who are still on the fence, or maybe just curious about what makes this 'psl coffee' so special, let me share a few thoughts. First off, the blend of spices – cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove – perfectly captures the essence of autumn. It's warm, inviting, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat. When you hold that warm coffee cup in your hands, especially on a chilly morning, it feels like a hug. But beyond the taste, it's the anticipation! The moment Starbucks announces its return, there’s this collective excitement. It truly marks the unofficial start of fall for so many of us. And while the classic is undeniably delicious, I've found a few ways to make my PSL experience even better, depending on my mood. For example, if you find the standard PSL a bit too sweet, don't hesitate to ask for fewer pumps of syrup. A "Gr Psl" (Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte) usually comes with 4 pumps, but you can easily ask for 2 or 3 to dial down the sweetness while keeping all that lovely spice. Another tip for customizing your 'psl coffee' is to try it with different milk alternatives. Oat milk or almond milk can give it a slightly different texture and flavor profile that some people prefer. And for those days when you can't make it to Starbucks, or you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, consider making your own! There are tons of simple recipes online for DIY pumpkin spice lattes. You can brew your favorite coffee, add a splash of milk, a spoonful of pumpkin puree (if you're feeling adventurous!), and a good dash of pumpkin pie spice. It's a fun way to bring that 'fall vibe' right into your kitchen. What I love most about the PSL, whether it's from Starbucks or my own kitchen, is how it connects me to the season. It’s a simple pleasure that enhances those crisp autumn days. It truly feels like a warm embrace, reminding me of cozy moments, maybe even a foggy mountain trip or just snuggling up with a good book. So, next time you're debating, give that 'psl coffee' a try or customize it to your liking. You might just find your new favorite fall tradition!

Oh yes, I love pumpkin spice lattes. I’m not huge fan of pumpkin but as a drink it’s not bad pretty yummy. This week the kids have a 4 day weekend so we are doing pumpkin bread.
