When it was just the 2 of us ⛰️🤍🏞️

From time to time I miss moments like these when it was just the 2 of us plus our dog nala ofc, she was our only baby 💕 I know some of you mommas can relate, but I am thankful for my kids because they just made our life a lot more interesting 🥰 it’s not just the 2 of us anymore we have 2 little ones who make us company in our little aventures, 2 little human beings that give us a purpose to be a better version of ourselves. Raising kids is hard, it’s not easy but remember moments like these are only temporary. Once they turn into young adults they will start building their own lives and once again it will just be the 2 of us 👩🏻‍❤️‍👨🏻🥹

I have grown knowing that at some point we have to part ways from our parents, I was raised to see this as a law of life. My dad taught me to be ready for that moment and I hope I can show and guide my kids not fearing when it is time to spread their wings and go about their life. It’s never easy leaving your parents home but truly we will never know how to face the real world. This makes you appreciate life and most of all appreciate your parents & all they have done for you. 💫✨🗺️🌎

Embrace spontaneous road trips or quiet evenings at home to appreciate life's simplicity. Remember, the chaos of parenthood is temporary, and our children will eventually carve out their own paths. This highlights the importance of embracing change and nurturing family connections. Reflecting on our upbringing also reminds us to guide our children with love and wisdom, preparing them for independence while cherishing our time together. It's a cycle of growth, learning, and love that shapes us into better versions of ourselves.
