But lately, I've been on a mission to find amazing home fragrances that don't break the bank, and let me tell you, I stumbled upon a real gem at Five Below! I recently picked up their 'CLEAN GIRL COLLECTION LAUNDRY DAY' candle, and I was genuinely surprised. It comes in a beautiful light pink frosted glass jar with a charming pink label, making it look much more expensive than it is. The label proudly announces its scent profile: 'FRESH LINEN VANILLA ROSEWATER'. As soon as I took a sniff, I was transported! It's exactly what I look for in a 'laundry day' candle – that crisp, clean linen aroma, but with a delicate underlying sweetness from the vanilla and a subtle floral touch from the rosewater. It's not overpowering, but it definitely makes its presence known. This 16 oz (453g) scented candle offers fantastic value. I've burned it in my living room, and the throw is impressive for its price point. It fills the space with a comforting, fresh scent that truly makes it feel like I just finished a load of laundry. If you're someone who loves the Bath & Body Works 'Laundry Day' or the White Barn 'Fresh Linen' candles, but you're looking for a more budget-friendly alternative, you absolutely have to try this one. While it's not an exact replica (no candle truly is!), it captures that same beloved essence of clean comfort. What I appreciate most is that it allows me to enjoy that premium 'clean' scent experience without having to wait for sales or splurge on pricier alternatives. It's perfect for everyday burning or for when you want to freshen up your space without a heavy perfume smell. I've even found it's great for neutralizing cooking odors after dinner! A little tip for making your candles last longer, especially these larger ones: always let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar on the first burn. This prevents tunneling and ensures you get the most out of your candle every time. Also, trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each use for a cleaner burn and better scent throw.
