จากประสบการณ์การใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) สิ่งที่ผมเห็นว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างมาก คือการทำความเข้าใจและยึดถือหลักจริยธรรมที่เน้นให้ทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีนี้ได้อย่างเท่าเทียม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในเรื่องของการรักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่จะป้อนให้ AI เรียนรู้ อีกทั้งการกำหนดขอบเขตในการใช้ AI ก็มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เทคโนโลยีนี้ถูกนำไปใช้ในทางที่ไม่เหมาะสม หรือก่อให้เกิดผลเสียต่อสังคม เช่น การใช้ AI ในการบิดเบือนข้อมูล หรือสร้างความไม่ยุติธรรมในกระบวนการตัดสินใจ ภาพของหุ่นยนต์ที่ถือค้อนผู้พิพากษาและไอคอนกฎหมายรอบ ๆ เห็นได้ชัดว่าการใช้ AI ต้องสัมพันธ์กับกรอบจริยธรรมและกฎหมาย เพื่อให้เทคโนโลยีนี้อยู่ในกรอบที่ปลอดภัย และมุ่งส่งเสริมประโยชน์สูงสุดอย่างยั่งยืน ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพขึ้น แต่ยังต้องเคารพในสิทธิมนุษยชนและความเท่าเทียมในสังคมด้วยครับ
