Don't think noon:
The eunuch 5 (Contract of Souls) is called immorality, because they are constantly changing in nature, inconstant, unable to command, and there are factors that occur, followed by the Buddhist expression: "Anything is immortal, anything is miserable, anything is miserable, anything is miserable."
The main reasons:
The five eunuchs occur only momentarily and then go off, never coming back, like a sponge that suddenly springs up and falls apart.
Variable: Always changing, never remaining, such as the body deteriorating with age, feelings changing from happiness to suffering, memory fading.
Cause of the impermanence factor: The birth of eunuch 5 is based on the impermanence factor; when the factor is impermanence, the result is impermanence.
Unbearable: Because of constant changes and extinguishments, no permanent refuge can be found.
A simple example:
Figure: Saw a thing, and then the thing disappeared. Heard a voice, and then the sound ended.
Pity: The joy of eating delicious disappears, the pain occurs and then disappears.
Promise (remember): Remember and forget.
Songkhon (thinking): The idea is born and then extinguished.
Spirit (Enlightened): Eye, ear, nose, tongue, mind awareness occurs and goes out.
Thus, the appearance of the eunuch 5 makes us understand that it is vanity (superfluous) and leads to the understanding that it is all imprisoned (distressed) and anatta (non-self).
จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว เมื่อเข้าใจว่าขันธ์ 5 หรือส่วนประกอบในชีวิตของเราทั้งหมด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นร่างกาย ความรู้สึก หรือความคิด ล้วนมีความไม่เที่ยง และเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ ทำให้ผมเริ่มเรียนรู้ที่จะปล่อยวางจากสิ่งที่ยึดถือ เช่น ความสุขชั่วคราวหรือความเจ็บปวดที่เกิดขึ้น การเห็นว่าทุกอย่างเกิดขึ้นแล้วก็ดับไปเหมือนฟองน้ำที่ผุดและแตกสลายไปทันที ช่วยทำให้ใจสงบขึ้นในเวลาที่เจอกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือความยากลำบาก นอกจากนี้ การตระหนักว่าขันธ์ 5 รับการเกิดและดับจากเหตุปัจจัยที่ไม่เที่ยง ทำให้เราไม่ยึดติดกับตัวตนหรือสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่ง จึงสามารถปล่อยวางความทุกข์และทนต่อสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนไปได้ดีขึ้น เรื่องนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นในพระพุทธพจน์ที่ว่า "สิ่งใดไม่เที่ยง สิ่งนั้นเป็นทุกข์ สิ่งใดเป็นทุกข์ สิ่งนั้นเป็นอนัตตา" ซึ่งช่วยให้ผมเข้าใจว่าการเรียนรู้ธรรมะและไตรลักษณ์ไม่ใช่เรื่องไกลตัว แต่มันเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญที่ช่วยจัดการกับสภาวะจิตใจในชีวิตจริง ในทางปฏิบัติ ผมได้เริ่มสังเกตความเปลี่ยนแปลงของรูป เวทนา สัญญา สังขาร และวิญญาณในแต่ละวัน เช่น การรับรู้ทางตา หู จมูก ลิ้น กาย และใจเกิดขึ้นและดับไปอย่างรวดเร็ว สิ่งนี้ทำให้การใช้ชีวิตในช่วงเวลาปัจจุบันมีความหมายมากขึ้น เพราะเราไม่สามารถควบคุมหรือเก็บสิ่งเหล่านี้ไว้ได้ตลอดไป การยอมรับความไม่เที่ยงนี้เปิดทางให้เกิดการปล่อยวางและการเข้าใจในอนิจจัง ทุกขัง และอนัตตา ซึ่งเป็นแก่นแท้ของการหลุดพ้นตามคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้า ผมอยากแนะนำให้ผู้อ่านลองสังเกตขันธ์ 5 ในชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อเข้าใจถึงการเกิดดับของตนเอง จะช่วยให้เราเติบโตทางจิตใจและเรียนรู้ที่จะรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในชีวิตได้ดีขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด
