Across all of social media there is deception . Even on this app, typically only promoting “aesthetic” and surface level posts rather than more meaningful ones. I have gotten notifications for base level things i could get on any other app. But this app was marketed to be “different” and “real”. Everything on the feed is some “aesthetic” plain meal, or some makeup tutorial, nothing like what i had expected from a “real” app. Maybe im reading it wrong or whatever but i don’t care what you cooked, i want to know if you worry about the same things i worry about, whats normal as a girl and whats not, if you wake up like how i do.
