Eternal Truth
🌿 Everything in this world is temporary—seasons change, flowers fade, and even our strongest moments pass. But there is one thing that never fails and never fades: the Word of God. His promises are unshakable, His truth eternal, and His love everlasting. No matter what you’re facing, you can stand firm knowing His Word endures through it all. ✨

It’s funny how often we hear the phrase 'everything changes,' isn't it? From the seasons turning to our own personal circumstances, life truly is a whirlwind of shifts. I often find myself feeling a little disoriented by it all, trying to find stable ground. That's why the idea of an 'Eternal Truth' resonates so deeply with me, and why I wanted to share a bit more about what it means when we say God is eternal and unchanging. When we talk about God being eternal and outside the bonds of time, it's a concept that really stretches our minds. It means He has no beginning and no end. Unlike us, who live moment by moment, God exists in a timeless dimension. He isn't bound by past, present, or future; He simply *is*. This isn’t just a theological idea; it's a profound truth that impacts everything. Because He is eternal, His nature, character, and love are also 'everlasting and unchanging.' Think about it: if He were subject to time, then His promises could expire, or His character could shift. But because He's not, we can trust that what He revealed yesterday holds true today and always will. This unchanging nature is such a source of comfort for me. There have been so many times when I felt like my world was being turned upside down. Friends moved away, jobs changed, plans fell through. In those moments, it's easy to feel lost and wonder if anything is truly dependable. But then I remember verses like Isaiah 40:8, which so powerfully states, 'The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever.' This isn't just poetry; it's a rock-solid promise. It reminds me that while everything around me might wither and fade, God's Word, His promises, and His very being remain constant. Knowing that God is unchanging gives me a stable foundation when my life feels shaky. It means His love for me isn't dependent on my performance or my mood; it's an everlasting love that never wavers. When I read His Word, I know it's not just ancient text but living truth that applies to my life right now, just as it did for generations before me. It's a guide that never goes out of style. So, if you've ever pondered what 'everlasting and unchanging' truly means, or wondered if there's any real stability in this fleeting world, I hope this offers a bit of clarity. For me, it means finding incredible peace in the knowledge that while I navigate a temporary existence, I'm held by an eternal, unchanging God whose Word truly does stand forever. And that, to me, is the most reassuring truth of all.
