DAY 4. I DIDN’T FIND THE TIME. I MADE IT

8/16 Edited to

... Read moreThroughout my own journey of reinventing life after 40, I've come to realize that the key isn't about finding extra hours in the day but about consciously making time for what truly matters — yourself. Like the message in this post, I faced days packed with responsibilities, deadlines, and distractions. Yet, by intentionally setting boundaries and dedicating moments for myself first, I noticed a profound shift in my energy and outlook. Making time isn't just about scheduling; it's about mindset. When you treat yourself as a priority, even amid a busy schedule, you equip yourself to handle life's demands more effectively. For example, I started with small practices like morning meditation or a short walk before diving into work. These moments became anchors that helped me stay grounded. Moreover, embracing reinvention after 40 involves accepting that life will always have commitments, but how you engage with them can change. Like the phrase "I didn’t find the time. I made it," it encourages us to move from passivity to activity — to stop waiting for the perfect moment and instead create intentional spaces for personal growth and wellness. This approach has helped me appreciate that starting over at 40 is not merely about new beginnings but about reclaiming control over one’s time and happiness. I encourage anyone on a similar path to experiment with making time each day for themselves, no matter how hectic life gets. It truly transforms how you experience every moment after that.

Why Taking Time Apart Helped My Relationship
My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. However, in the summer of 2022, we broke up. For five months. Our relationship wasn’t very healthy at that time. We lived together, spent almost all of our time with each other, and didn’t make time for ourselves, our friends, or the things

Plants mistakes I made 🥀
In the beginning of my journey I was just so eager to collect them all— I forgot why I was collecting them in the first place. To admire their beauty and care for them. I lost sight of this— having so many that i couldn’t keep up with the care. I lost interest, so naturally I lost a lot of plants.
