Salute Baked Porkchop

Preparation:

1. Rinse pork chops with a mixture of vinegar and lemon to clean.

2. Season both sides of the pork chops with Adobo, Slap Ya Mama, black pepper, and minced garlic. Allow the meat to marinate for 2-3 hours.

3. Lightly dust both sides of the pork chops with flour.

Cooking:

1. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

2. Sear each side of the pork chops for 3 minutes until golden brown.

3. Transfer the pork chops to a baking pan.

4. (Optional) Prepare the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, add water, Slap Ya Mama, incomplete seasoning, and brown sugar. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.

5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the pork chops for 20-30 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Pepper and Tomato Gravy:

1. Using the leftover oil from the pork chops, melt butter in the pan.

2. Add sliced peppers and tomatoes to the pan and sauté until softened.

3. Season with Slap Ya Mama and parsley.

4. Add a small amount of water to create a gravy consistency.

5. Let the mixture simmer until the tomatoes dissolve into a flavorful gravy.

Serving:

1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
