You don’t need 30 mins of cardio 🤪
If you’re like me I be wanting to skip cardio okurttt lol but only because I do my cardio after a good workout lol. I do 15 mins of cardio with both the treadmill and stairs. I do the treadmill for 10 mins and then 5 mins on the stair master Monday and Wednesday and rotate it out doing stair master for 10 mins and then 5 mins on the treadmill.
I am one month back in and feeling amazing!!

Looking for a quick yet effective cardio routine? You don't have to spend 30 minutes on a treadmill to achieve your fitness goals. Many fitness enthusiasts are exploring shorter workouts that incorporate high-intensity intervals. My routine includes 10 minutes on the treadmill followed by 5 minutes on the stair master, maximizing calorie burn in a limited timeframe. Research shows that shorter, more intense sessions can be just as effective as longer cardio workouts in improving cardiovascular health and promoting weight loss. This method helps avoid burnout and keeps your fitness regimen fresh and engaging. Include variations in your routine to target different muscle groups and keep things interesting. Consider adding activities like jump rope, high knees, or bodyweight exercises such as burpees in between your cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate and build strength. Remember, consistency is key – aim for a balanced workout regimen complemented by proper nutrition to achieve optimal results.
