Rest, Without the Justification?🤔

I catch myself saying “I’ll rest after I finish this” way more than I should.

And then there’s always something else to finish.

Trying to get better at not treating rest like a reward.

Today I decided to rest because it’s my birthday and I feel like I haven’t taken a day for me in a long time!
