Habit stacking = life changing ✨

Starting small can create powerful change. I’ve been using habit stacking to support my energy, mindset, and movement - especially on the slower days.

My current stack:

• Roll out my mat

• Turn on red light therapy

• Do a 20-min Pilates or mobility flow 🧘🏼‍♀️

• Follow up with cold rinse or dry brushing

• Ground + hydrate before jumping into my day💧

The key? Pairing a new habit (like red light therapy or stretching) with something I already do (like checking emails on my laptop or morning movement). It helps make routines stick without the burnout.

Save this if you’re building your wellness routine one step at a time.

... Read moreHabit stacking is an effective strategy that can yield remarkable results in improving your lifestyle. By integrating new habits with existing ones, you create a seamless routine that feels less like a chore and more like a natural part of your day. For instance, you might combine your morning coffee with a few minutes of stretching, which not only activates your body but pairs well with a daily ritual. The beauty of habit stacking lies in its simplicity; you can tweak and adjust your combinations according to your preferences and schedule. Research supports the mental and physical benefits of stacking habits. Engaging in short, manageable routines can significantly impact your motivation and overall mindset. Whether you’re focusing on physical activities like Pilates, mental wellness through meditation, or even improving hydration habits, the essence is in finding balance. Start small—consider what routine items you are already set on doing, then identify a habit you’d like to incorporate. For example, if you already sit down to check your emails, try adding a few moments of mindfulness or deep breathing before diving into your inbox. The journey of building healthier habits is not an overnight process; it's about progression and transformation over time. By saving and referring back to effective routines, you can solidify your path towards improved wellbeing. Start layering your habits today for a meaningful change tomorrow.
