Turn energy drainers into energy givers⚡️🤯

I used to work in cybersecurity, always thinking, producing and putting fires out. These rituals became the way I found my way back to myself and back into my body. 🧘🏼‍♀️

If you’ve ever lived in that go-go-go energy (corporate girlies, I see you!) you know how easy it is to forget what presence feels like.

🌞 Morning: take a walk outside, water before coffee, let the suns rays burn off any residual energy from your dream state

🏔 Mid-day: step away from screens for 15 minutes, do heart opening stretches, touch something grounding like plants or a tree (I love this one. Trees are so deeply rooted into the ground, it helps me drop into my body on days I may feel a little more anxious)

🌕 Evening: light a candle and picture any moments that felt heavy burning off in it, taking a warm shower to wash the day off, set your phone 3 feet away from your bed

Lately I’ve been craving more of this kind of peace. 🤍

One powerful habit is starting your day with hydration using mineral-rich Himalayan salt water, which replenishes electrolytes and supports cellular balance. Combining this with light Pilates or gentle stretching helps awaken your body and mind, promoting circulation and grounding. Midday breaks are essential, especially for those in high-focus environments like cybersecurity or corporate roles. Stepping away from screens for even 15 minutes to connect with nature—whether through a short walk outside or simply touching a plant or tree—can deeply reset your nervous system. Trees, being deeply rooted, have an energy that helps soothe anxiety and anchor your presence in the moment. Your evening routine is just as important for transforming energy from draining to healing. Lighting a candle while visualizing releasing stress or heavy emotions facilitates emotional cleansing. Pair that with journaling to reflect on your day and a warm shower to physically wash off tension. Keeping your phone at least three feet away from your bed reduces blue light exposure, improving sleep quality. These rituals aren’t just about physical health but also about cultivating feminine energy, intentional living, and mindful presence, which are key to sustaining balance in modern life. The combination of breathwork, movement, and connection to natural elements can replenish your energy reservoirs and nurture a sense of peace. Try integrating some of these simple practices into your routine and notice how your energy shifts from draining to empowering, giving you more clarity and calm throughout your day.
