This is basically what “high vibrational” looks like in my actual life:
• baking sourdough and making things with my hands
• pulling tarot or oracle cards when I feel called to
• energy work and paying attention to what feels good in my body and my space
• little charms and meaningful things tucked around the house
• getting outside and back into nature
• creating a home that feels warm, grounded, and very us
• trusting my intuition a little more instead of needing to logically explain everything
My thoughts on this are that it’s really just the little things that bring me back to myself and make everyday life feel a little more intentional. Sometimes that’s energy work and tarot. Sometimes it’s fresh bread cooling on the counter underneath an evil eye. I love that both get to exist in the same kitchen. 🥖✨

From my experience, integrating activities like baking sourdough bread not only grounds me in the present moment but also connects me to a sense of tradition and creation. The process is tactile and meditative, which helps in reducing stress and raising my personal energy.
In addition to physical practices, pulling tarot or oracle cards serves as a powerful way to check in with myself and gain clarity. It’s not about predicting the future perfectly but about tuning into subconscious feelings and guidance. This practice enhances self-awareness and encourages trusting intuition over needing logical explanations for everything.
Energy work, whether through meditation, crystal placement, or simply adjusting my living space, plays a vital role in maintaining good vibes. I've found that being mindful of how the energy flows around me—the placement of meaningful charms like an evil eye or natural elements—creates a protective, nurturing atmosphere that supports my well-being.
Spending time outside reconnecting with nature is another cornerstone. Nature’s rhythms help slow down my mind and allow me to recharge. Feeling the breeze or listening to birds reminds me to stay grounded and present.
Ultimately, creating a home that feels uniquely ours—with warmth, intention, and personal touches—allows all these practices to coexist beautifully. It’s the integration of these little things that brings me back to myself each day and helps maintain a consistently high vibrational state. Whether it’s the smell of fresh sourdough bread cooling beside spiritual talismans or the quiet moments of card pulling, embracing this lifestyle invites a deeper connection to self and a more fulfilling everyday experience.
