The reason you can’t lose weight might be…
Many people gain weight
not because they eat too much.
But because
they don’t know how to eat.
A lot of women have the same experience.
When we were younger,
late-night snacks, bubble tea, fried food —
it didn’t seem to matter.
But after a certain age,
metabolism slows down.
Eating the same foods
suddenly starts to show on the scale.
So many people go to extremes:
❌ No carbs
❌ No dinner
❌ One meal a day
And what happens?
They lose a little weight,
but gain it back very quickly.
Sometimes it even becomes
harder to lose weight than before.
Later, I realized something important:
Losing weight is not about eating less.
It’s about eating right.
What I practice every day now
is actually something very simple:
The 3333 Eating Method
✔ Two portions of protein
✔ One portion of vegetables & fruits
✔ One portion of good carbs
When the food ratio changes,
your body slowly returns to
a healthier metabolic state.
