Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I left this cooking while I was gone at work, got home, boiled some rice to put it on top of (you can also use noodles) and it was as easy as that!

You’ll just need:

-frozen Stew beef

-cream of mushroom (2)

-minced onion

-salt

-pepper

-rice

•Pour two cans of cream of mushroom & two cans of water into the slow cooker. Put in minced onion, salt, and pepper as desired (I put about 2 tbsp. of pepper, 1 tbsp. of salt, and 1 tbsp. of minced onion.)

•put frozen stew beef in & set the crockpot to high. Cover and leave for 6 hours

***you can let it cook for longer, just be sure to put it

on low heat!**

•when you get back home, boil your rice (I prefer brown rice) and serve the stroganoff on top of the rice!! It’s really that simple!🤩

It’s delicious and filling too! If you try it, let me know what you think!❤️👩‍🍳🍚🥘✨
