February Goals🌸🫶💖

I’m already SO behind on my monthly goals, but that doesn’t mean I’m about to stop setting them!

I got most of the images from Pinterest, chose a Bible verse I wanted to commit to memory this month, a dish I wanted to try, a book to read, AND fun goals like a hobby (painting project) & coming up with how I wanted to spend my birthday/Valentines Day weekend with the hubs❤️❤️❤️

It helps me so much just to know I have things to work towards, whether they greatly affect the grand scheme of things or now, they just help me prioritize what I normally wouldn’t!

The no coffee week ended up being quite easy with it being one of my pregnancy food aversions😅 so I started off with atleast one guaranteed win!

What are some of your goals this February?💘🗓️

... Read moreHey everyone! Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the idea of setting monthly goals, especially when you feel like you're already behind? I totally get it! But trust me, taking the time to map out what you want to achieve each month, like our February goals, can be a game-changer. It’s not about perfection; it’s about having those little beacons to guide your efforts and celebrate small wins. Why even bother with monthly goals? For me, it brings so much clarity. It helps me prioritize things that might otherwise get lost in the daily grind. Whether it’s a big life-altering goal or something seemingly small, having a focus helps me feel more intentional and less reactive. It's truly amazing how much more you can accomplish when you know what you're working towards. So, what kind of goals can you set for February? This month is perfect for a mix of self-love, connection, and personal growth. Here are some categories to get you thinking: Spiritual & Personal Growth: Maybe you want to deepen your faith by committing to a daily devotional or memorizing a Bible verse, like Colossians 3:14-17, which reminds us to “clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect unity.” Or perhaps you've been eyeing a book that promises to enrich your life, such as "The Excellent Wife" or another inspiring read. Setting aside dedicated time for reflection or learning can be incredibly fulfilling. Health & Wellness: February can be a great time to reset after the holidays. Consider a small, manageable health challenge – perhaps a "coffee-free week" if you're looking to cut down, or focusing on getting enough sleep every night. It could also be incorporating a new, gentle exercise routine or trying out a healthy new recipe. It's not about drastic changes, but sustainable habits. Hobbies & Creativity: Do you have a creative project collecting dust? February is a fantastic time to dust it off! Whether it's picking up a paintbrush for a new painting project, trying your hand at knitting, or even just dedicating an hour a week to journaling, nurturing your creative side can bring so much joy and stress relief. Relationships & Connection: With Valentine's Day in February, it's a natural time to focus on loved ones. Plan a special "birthday/Valentine's date" with your partner, or schedule dedicated quality time with family or friends. Even small gestures, like sending a handwritten card or making a call, can strengthen bonds. Home & Practical Skills: Ever wanted to master a new dish? This could be your month to try making something like a "stuffed shells recipe" from scratch! Or maybe your goal is to organize one neglected corner of your home, learn a few basic phrases in a new language, or finally tackle that small DIY repair. Practical goals can bring a great sense of accomplishment. Tips for Making Your February Goals Stick: Start Small & Specific: Instead of "eat healthier," try "incorporate one extra serving of vegetables daily." Write Them Down: Seeing your goals visually, perhaps in a bullet journal or on a vision board, makes them feel more real. Be Flexible: Life happens! If you miss a day or a goal needs adjusting (like my "no coffee week" becoming easier due to pregnancy aversions!), don't beat yourself up. Just get back on track. Track Your Progress: Even a simple checkmark on a calendar can be incredibly motivating. Celebrate Wins: Acknowledge your efforts, no matter how small. This positive reinforcement keeps you going. So, what are you hoping to achieve this February? I hope these ideas help you craft a month filled with purpose and progress!
