Afterward, I'll curl up with a journal to reflect on things I'm grateful for. It’s all about recharging and showing myself some appreciation! Speaking of curling up, my favorite part of any quiet day is a good book. As a big fan of our Lemon8 book club, I’ve got some fantastic romantic reads lined up for my Valentine's week. It's a wonderful way to honor the special bonds of friendship. If you're celebrating with a partner, I'm a big believer in experiences over material things. Another sweet idea is to go for a scenic walk or hike if the weather permits, followed by stargazing with hot chocolate if you're somewhere with clear skies. Simple, yet incredibly romantic! And for gifts? I’m leaning towards thoughtful gestures. Maybe a handmade card expressing genuine appreciation, or even creating a personalized playlist of songs that remind me of my loved ones.
