I am many things. The role I am most proud of is “mom.” 🙌🏻
This is my son, Haizen. Haizen is a pandemic baby, he was born in September of 2021 with a limit of two support persons in the room. He came into the world quietly. I’ve never felt so much relief hearing a cry before 😭
Haizen has autism. He was diagnosed early, right around 2.5. He is not the most communicative child but he loves affection and will hold your face to ensure you’re keeping eye contact. 👀
He loves pirates and frogs and starfishes. Moana is his favorite movie. He’ll eat just about anything you give him but has started to become very picky about his proteins. He loves strawberries and mandarin oranges. 🍓🍊
He loves going outside but has no sense of personal safety so it makes my mom heart anxious to take him out. I helicopter over him like crazy, and that’s something I’m working on. 🫶🏼
