🌶️ Right in the mouth... without the word far
This past holiday, driving from Bang Nama some hundred thousand because of the taste.
For some people, it may be far, but for me, if a shop is right... distance is just a number. 🚗💨
Today comes full table. Each menu has its own charm.

การเดินทางไกลเพื่อไปชิมอาหารที่ถูกปากนั้น เป็นเรื่องที่คุ้มค่าและเติมเต็มความสุขได้ดีมากๆ สำหรับผม การได้ลิ้มรสเมนูปลาทูบินทอดที่หนังกรอบนอกนุ่มใน ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำ เพราะปลาทูไม่เพียงแต่สดเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีความหอมแบบธรรมชาติที่ทำให้ทานกับน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดรสจัดจ้านแล้วเพิ่มความอร่อยอย่างลงตัว นอกจากนี้ ข้าวผัดปูที่ผัดเม็ดข้าวได้ร่วนและหอมกลิ่นกระทะ ไม่มันจนเลี่ยนและให้เนื้อปูอย่างเต็มที่ ก็คือเมนูที่ทำให้ผมรู้สึกว่าอาหารคุ้มค่ากับการขับรถมาไกล ส่วนเมนูยำสามไข่ซึ่งใช้ไข่แมงดาและไข่ปู ราดด้วยน้ำยำรสชาติเปรี้ยวหวานเค็มเผ็ดพอดี ไม่ต้องเติมน้ำยำเพิ่มเลย เป็นการผสมผสานที่แปลกใหม่แต่กลมกล่อมจนต้องตักจานที่สอง การทานหอยนางรมสดกับเครื่องเคียงครบถ้วนนั้น ทำให้ได้สัมผัสความสดหวานของหอยกับกลิ่นหอมของยอดกระถินและหอมเจียว ส่วนตำไทยไข่เค็มที่ใช้มะละกอกรอบให้รสสัมผัสที่ดี ผสมกับความมันของไข่เค็ม และเมนูปลาทูบินก็ช่วยยกระดับรสชาติให้กลมกล่อมกว่าเดิม สุดท้ายแล้ว การเดินทางเพื่อแลกกับอาหารที่อร่อยและบรรยากาศดีๆ ถือว่าไม่มีคำว่าไกลเลย เพราะทุกคำที่ทานคือความสุขที่เต็มเปี่ยมและสร้างภาพจำที่ดีให้กับวันหยุด เรียกได้ว่าหากใครชอบรสชาติที่ถูกปากและวัตถุดิบคุณภาพ การขับรถมาที่บางแสนไม่ใช่เรื่องที่น่ากลัว แต่เป็นโอกาสที่ควรลิ้มลองสักครั้งในชีวิต
