ครั้งหนึ่งที่ได้ไปเที่ยวกว่างโจว ฉันได้มีโอกาสไปลองทานอาหารที่ร้าน Lucky Restaurant International Banquet ซึ่งร้านนี้ถูกแนะนำโดยไกด์ท้องถิ่นชาวจีนแบบไม่มีผิดหวังเลยค่ะ ร้านนี้เป็นจุดหมายที่คนจีนเลือกมาทานกันเยอะมากแทบจะไม่เจอคนต่างชาติเลย ทำให้บรรยากาศของร้านอบอุ่นและเต็มไปด้วยความเป็นท้องถิ่นอย่างแท้จริง เมนูในร้านมีให้เลือกเยอะมาก ตั้งแต่ติ่มซำที่หลากหลายไปจนถึงอาหารจีนจานใหญ่ที่วัตถุดิบสดใหม่และให้ปริมาณเยอะจนรู้สึกคุ้มค่าทุกบาทที่จ่ายไป เช่น ข้าวผัดจานยักษ์ซึ่งรสชาติดีจนต้องสั่งเพิ่ม อีกเมนูที่ชอบมากคือซาลาเปาไส้หมูแดง แป้งบางกรอบและรสชาติหวานกำลังดี เหมาะกับการจิบชาร้อนที่คนจีนชอบดื่มตลอดทั้งวัน ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าร้านนี้มีความหรูหรานั่งสบายกว่าร้านติ่มซำตามท้องถนนทั่วไป และที่ประทับใจมากคืห้องน้ำสะอาดมากซึ่งหายากในร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นในต่างประเทศ แถมยังไม่ต้องรอคิว รู้สึกว่าสะดวกและผ่อนคลายมาก ที่สำคัญคนจีนจะเน้นทานมื้อใหญ่ให้เต็มที่หนึ่งมื้อ แล้วไม่ทานจุกจิกระหว่างวัน อันนี้ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้วิธีทานอาหารแบบคนท้องถิ่นแบบที่ไม่ได้มีแค่ด้านรสชาติแต่รวมถึงวัฒนธรรมการกินด้วยค่ะ ถ้าเพื่อนๆ มีแพลนจะไปเที่ยวกว่างโจว อย่าพลาดแวะไปลองร้านนี้ ที่ตั้งอยู่แถวเปยจิงลู่ เพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์กินอาหารจีนแท้ ๆ ที่จะให้ทั้งความอร่อยและความคุ้มค่าแบบจุใจจริงๆค่ะ
