Let’s be real—breakfast can be a pain in the ass when you’re busy, picky, and trying to eat better on a budget. So, I created a meal plan that checks every box:

Budget friendly

High protein

Real fruit

No egg yolks, oatmeal, or any of that soggy nonsense. Just real food that tastes good and actually fills you up

I made 5 easy, healthy, high-protein work breakfasts for the week, and it cost me less than $65 for the whole week, and every day’s breakfast is done and ready to grab.
