💜My Story: After being diagnosed with epilepsy my life changed dramatically. I was forced to focus on how I feel and maintain a relaxed stress free home and life to prevent cluster seizures. Easier said than done. I was numb to the diagnosis and my lack of energy threw me into a depression like no other. Forced Bed rest caused me time away from my family and I felt like my duties of a wife and mother were ripped away from me. I could barely clean let along organize, remodel, declutter. Now I’m happy to be seizure free and gaining my life back and of course it starts with what I love most, my family. I’m able to control my stress level and part of that comes with a clutter free, clean home to maintain structure for a clutter free clean mind! This is my journey for being healthy, happy and a mama and wife to my beautiful family and I won’t let epilepsy win! 💜💪
