Anderson Falls Preserve

4/16 Edited to

Visiting Anderson Falls during colder months is a unique experience that offers a different kind of beauty than the typical summer hike. While the falls may not be frozen solid, the crisp air and the sound of rushing water create a serene and invigorating environment. From my own visit, I found the cool temperatures enhanced the peacefulness, making it a perfect spot for reflection and photography without the usual crowds. The area around Anderson Falls provides well-maintained trails that are accessible for most fitness levels, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenic views safely. Remember to dress warmly and wear sturdy footwear, as the paths can be slippery with moisture in the air. The Samsung Galaxy S22 camera captures the fine details of the landscape beautifully, from the textured rocks and flowing water to the vibrant, frosty foliage surrounding the falls. For those interested in exploring Indiana's natural treasures, Anderson Falls in Bartholomew County is a gem worth adding to your itinerary. It's not just a place to see but an experience to feel—the crisp air, the gentle roar of water, and the touch of nature's chill. Don't forget to check local weather conditions before your trip and prepare accordingly to fully enjoy this refreshing outdoor adventure.

A snowy road scene in West Virginia, viewed from a car, shows the sun breaking through cloudy skies. Snowflakes are visible on the windshield, with road signs for "EAST 50," "Hardy Heights Rd," and "Hill Rd" in the foreground, reflecting a cold winter day.

A very cold but beautiful day.

It was so cold today and the forecast didn’t call for snow…but, seems they were wrong. Black Friday shopping was extra chilly this year! #snowy #westvirginia #winter #wintervibes #cold

I Very Rarely Get Nervous Before Plunging…

…unless there’s a storm going on, or it’s below 32°F (0°C). I’ve only ever seen it below 32°F one other time. I thought I only did around 3 minutes, but after I checked the footage, I can proudly say that I was in for 6 minutes & 15 seconds. Be safe out there, & happy plunging! 🙌🏼💯❄
