28 Weeks! Being Transparent

This photo was taken last week and I am so happy I got a photo of how big baby boy has grown so far!!

Recently I have been struggling so hard with who I have been during pregnancy vs who I want to be and who I was before! I really have this dream of becoming a health and wellness blogger/influencer and before I was pregnant, I was so good at being healthy and being that person. But during my pregnancy, things have been going downhill and I feel like I would be lying if I started a health and wellness blog, telling people what’s better for your and what’s not, while I sit behind the screen eating fast food, Ice cream, and donuts 🫢😂 so I’ve decided I’m going to start slow, start a holistic wellness blog and talk about things that I actually do do that are beneficial for my body during pregnancy! I’ll keep everyone updated on the blog and everything!

Does anyone have any recommendations of websites to start? I write for my jobs blog and they use wix but I can’t afford that right now so if you have any free places I can start, I’d love it!! I used to use Weebly but it has actually been bought out! I did have a YouTube channel and still do but I don’t feel like I have time for video editing and stuff, but I’ve also thought of having a podcast! Any input or advice would be appreciated! Thank you everyone 🥰♥️

... Read morePregnancy can be a time of great change, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Many expectant mothers experience a shift in their lifestyle choices, often struggling with maintaining a healthy routine amid cravings and fatigue. In this transition, it's essential to understand that it’s okay to seek help, set realistic goals, and balance self-care with new responsibilities. Exploring holistic wellness during pregnancy involves looking at methods that promote overall well-being, including nutrition, mindfulness and gentle exercise. Consider incorporating pregnancy-safe workouts like prenatal yoga or walking, which not only helps with physical health but also lowers stress and anxiety levels. Nutrition plays a key role, and it’s beneficial to focus on whole foods while allowing occasional treats to satisfy cravings without guilt. In addition to these practices, blogging can be a therapeutic outlet for sharing your experiences and advice with others, creating a supportive community. For resources, platforms like WordPress offer cost-effective blogging solutions. Starting a podcast can also be an engaging way to share your journey, enabling you to connect with audiences who relate to your challenges. Remember, the journey is unique for everyone, so take the time to listen to your body and prioritize your mental health during this exciting period!
