Consistency and hard work

2019 I was in the best shape of my life . Durning/after Covid I gained all the weight back and struggled to lose it . The last 6 weeks have not been easy but I stayed consistent . Hard work pays off .

6 weeks of eating healthy and working out 5 times a week and no drinking ! I got on the scale today and cried all happy tears !

I am down 8 pounds ! I am starting to feel like me again . Being a certified personal trainer and going through my own fitness journey while inspiring others have been amazing !!

Having been at my best shape in early 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic presented unexpected challenges, causing me to struggle with my weight. However, the last six weeks have been a testament to the effectiveness of perseverance and dedication in leading a healthy lifestyle. My regimen has focused on eating nutritious foods, maintaining a workout schedule of five times a week, and abstaining from alcohol. The results speak for themselves, as I celebrate the loss of 8 pounds and the feeling of returning to my true self. Being a certified personal trainer has enriched my journey, allowing me to inspire others while experiencing personal challenges. The journey wasn't solely about numbers on a scale, but also about nurturing mental and emotional well-being through a supportive fitness community. Through hashtags like #progressjourney, #fitnessjourney, and #mevsme, I have connected with others who share similar experiences, creating an environment of accountability and motivation. If you're embarking on your own weight loss or fitness journey, remember that consistency and hard work pay off. Surround yourself with positive influences and set achievable goals. Celebrate every milestone, no matter how small, and keep moving forward towards healthier and happier you!
