เมื่อได้ไปเที่ยวญี่ปุ่นในช่วงอากาศเย็นประมาณ 1–15°C อย่างที่หลายคนรู้กันว่าแต่งตัวให้สวยและอบอุ่นในเวลาเดียวกันไม่ง่ายเลยนะคะ ส่วนตัวแล้ว เราใส่เสื้อผ้าหลายชั้น (Layering) ที่ช่วยเพิ่มความอบอุ่นโดยไม่ทำให้ลุคดูหนาเตอะเกินไป เช่น เสื้อกันหนาวขนเฟอร์หรือแจ็กเก็ตพัฟแบบบางๆ ที่ซ้อนกับเสื้อกล้ามหรือเสื้อคอเต่าในชั้นแรก ทำให้ปรับเปลี่ยนตามสภาพอากาศได้ดีด้วยค่ะ อีกสิ่งที่ขาดไม่ได้คือต้องใส่ถุงน่องหนาหรือเลกกิ้งกันหนาวใต้กางเกงขาสั้นหรือกระโปรง เพราะหลายครั้งที่ลุคของสาวญี่ปุ่นทำให้เราเห็นว่าใช้กางเกงขาสั้นแม้ในฤดูหนาว ซึ่งถ้าไม่ใส่ถุงน่อง หนาวแน่นอนค่ะ ถุงเท้ายาว กับรองเท้าผ้าใบก็ทำให้รู้สึกอบอุ่นมากขึ้นและใส่เดินได้ทั้งวัน สำหรับการเลือกสีและโทนเสื้อผ้า เช่น Earth Tone หรือน้ำตาล จะช่วยให้ลุคดูเท่และเข้ากับบรรยากาศฤดูหนาวในญี่ปุ่นมากขึ้น นอกจากนั้น เพิ่มแว่นกันแดดหรือที่คาดผมคิวท์ๆ แบบน้องหมีในสวนสนุกจะยิ่งเพิ่มความโดดเด่นให้ลุคดูสนุกและน่ารักขึ้นมากๆ เลยค่ะ สุดท้ายนี้แนะนำว่าอย่าลืมเช็คสภาพอากาศช่วงที่จะไปเสมอ เพราะหิมะและลมแรงในเมืองอย่างชิราคาวะโกะหรือทาคายามะ อาจทำให้ต้องเตรียมเสื้อผ้าที่กันหนาวได้ดีจริงๆ เช่น แจ็กเก็ตหนังทับเสื้อคอเต่า หรือแจ็กเก็ตพัฟกันลม และอย่าลืมหมวกหรือผ้าพันคอเพื่อป้องกันลมหนาวค่ะ ด้วยเคล็ดลับและไอเดียนี้ เราเดินเที่ยวในญี่ปุ่นได้ทั้งหนาวและสวยในเวลาเดียวกัน เหมาะสำหรับคนที่อยากแต่งตัวตามเทรนด์แต่ไม่อยากหนาวจนเที่ยวไม่สนุก รับรองว่าถ่ายรูปก็สวยถูกใจทุกมุมเลยค่ะ
