Dior Lip Oil vs. ELF Lip Oil

The Dior one is a cherry oil based lippie. The applicators is pillow soft. Glossy but yet pigment. (Depending what color you pick.) It doesn’t matter what kind of skin tone you have all of the Dior cherry oil gloss looks good on everyone! The formula in my opinion is just a little bit sticky but not entirely super, super sticky. Also a little goes a long way. She is $40. Packaging is lovely. It’s giving ✨luxury✨ but left in heat or sun the oil will come up from the tube & melt on to whatever. It will stain/ruin your clothes/purse bc it’s oil based.

The Elf lippie is suppose to be a dupe to the Dior. She is Apricot oil based. It has the same type of applicator, pillow soft but not as soft. The formula is just a bit thinner so she glides. They have a lot of colors but the colors are not pigment at all. It’s a slight hint of color. She is $8 vs $40. The package is well made. The product doesn’t come up from the tube but I don’t like the design of the packaging.
I think both products have their pros & cons but I still enjoy both.
