Discipline looks like this now.
I stopped trying to fix everything all at once and started focusing on what I do daily.
Things I’m working on: not self-sabotaging, staying hydrated, getting outside for at least one sunrise and one sunset, moving my body for 30 minutes a day, practicing gratitude, and using a night wrapping mask consistently.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent enough that I don’t have to keep starting over.
